Minced Meat Satay
Bahan :
- 75 grams of dry Proteina MK which is then immersed in water, kneaded and drained by 3x repetitions
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons grated coconut
- 1 egg beaten loose
- 4 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of lime juice
- 6 finely sliced lime leaves, removing the stems
- 5 lemongrass
- Aluminum foil
Ground spices:
- 8 shallots

2 cloves of garlic

2 red chilies

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp shrimp paste

Salt and sugar to taste
Cara Pembuatan :
- Saute ground spices until fragrant.
- Prepare a bowl, then pour the proteina, stir-fry spices, grated coconut, beaten egg, sugar, tapioca flour, lime, mix well. Enter the sliced lime leaves. Stir well.
- Take the lemongrass sticks and then put the dough on the lemongrass sticks, wrap them with aluminum foil. Do it until the dough runs out.
- Steam the satay curl for 20 minutes. Pick up.
- Let it cool. Remove the aluminum foil.
- Grill the skewers.
- Serve
