Tongseng Proteina
Bahan :
- 100 grams of Proteina L that has been soaked in water, kneaded and drained by 3x repetitions
- 2 bay leaves
- 500ml of water
- 2 cm crushed galangal
- 1 lemongrass is white and crushed
- 100 grams of cabbage in squares
- 1 red tomato, cut into pieces
- 4 pieces of cayenne pepper, cut into 2 cm lengths
- 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 4 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
Ground spices:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 shallots
- 4 grains of pepper
- 3 candlenuts, roasted
- 3 cm turmeric, baked
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt.
Cara Pembuatan :
- Saute ground spices, bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass while cooking
stirring, saute until fragrant, then add water and Proteina, wait for it to boil.
- After boiling, add the cabbage, chili slices, then
enter the sweet soy sauce and fresh tomato slices, stir until
evenly, then taste and turn off the heat.
- Proteina Tongseng ready to be served.
