Tongseng Proteina

Bahan :

  • 100 grams of Proteina L that has been soaked in water, kneaded and drained by 3x repetitions
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 500ml of water
  • 2 cm crushed galangal
  • 1 lemongrass is white and crushed
  • 100 grams of cabbage in squares
  • 1 red tomato, cut into pieces
  • 4 pieces of cayenne pepper, cut into 2 cm lengths
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of oil for sauteing

Ground spices:

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 shallots
  • 4 grains of pepper
  • 3 candlenuts, roasted
  • 3 cm turmeric, baked
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt.


Cara Pembuatan :

  1. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass while cooking stirring, saute until fragrant, then add water and Proteina, wait for it to boil.
  2. After boiling, add the cabbage, chili slices, then enter the sweet soy sauce and fresh tomato slices, stir until evenly, then taste and turn off the heat.
  3. Proteina Tongseng ready to be served.
