Bahan :

    Leather Material:
  • 250 grams of wheat flour

      • 250 ml chicken stock

      • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
      • 3 tablespoons margarine

        • 100 grams of wheat flour
        • 150 ml water
        • To taste fine flour

      How to make a skin

      1. In a large container, prepare the flour. Make an empty space in the middle of the flour mound. Crack the egg in the middle then pour the liquid milk, stirring gently. Add salt and melted margarine. Stir well.
      2. Preheat a flat non-stick skillet. Pour the mixture into a thin omelette. After changing color and cooking, remove from heat. Repeat until all the batter is used. Set it aside.

      How to create rogut fields

      1. Heat margarine, saute the onions until fragrant. Add the flour slowly while stirring until it forms a lump
      2. Pour the broth slowly while stirring until the dough is smooth. Add carrots, proteina, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cook until the carrots and chickpeas are slightly soft. Turn off the fire. Remove and set aside.

      How to make risoles:

      1. In one container, mix well the flour and water as a dye. Prepare the flour in another container.
      2. Prepare a sheet of omelet. Fill with 1 tablespoon of rogut filling, fold in side and roll. Do this until the omelet is used up
      3. Heat a lot of oil. Put the risoles into the dyeing material until all the surface is smeared. Then roll it into the flour.
      4. Fry in hot oil until the color turns brownish yellow. Remove and drain.
