Proteina Grilled Rice

Bahan :

  • 4 inches of rice
  • To taste coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 2 bay leaves

Content:

  • 2 bunches of basil
  • 35 grams of Proteina LX soaked in water, then knead and drain with 3x repetitions
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks, smashed
  • 5 cm laos, smashed
  • A little oil for sauteing
  • 1 glass of water
  • Banana leaves to taste

Ground spices:

  • 5 spring onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 1 segment of ginger
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 6 red curly chilies


Cara Pembuatan :

  1. Cook rice with coconut milk, salt, sugar, lemongrass and bay leaves
  2. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter the lemongrass, laos, stir. Enter the proteina, stir then pour the water. Leave it until the spices are absorbed and the water is boiled. Turn off the heat.
  3. Take the banana leaf shreds and then take the rice flush with the proteina stir fry, pour the seasoning about 5 tablespoons. Give the basil leaves. Roll the rice and fold the ends. Do it until it runs out.
  4. Grill the rice.
  5. Serve
