Macaroni Schotel Proteina

Bahan :

  • 100 grams of macaroni
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Material of sprinkles:

  • 50 grams of grated chedar cheese

Blend:

  • 50 grams of dry Proteina MK which is then immersed in water, kneaded and drained by 3x repetitions.
  • 100 ml of liquid milk (can be replaced with coconut milk)
  • 50 grams of grated cheddar cheese.
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 eggs


Cara Pembuatan :

  1. Boil the macaroni, salt and cooking oil until the macaroni is soft or aldente. After that remove and flush with running water, drain.
  2. Heat the margarine, then saute the onions and garlic until fragrant. Enter the proteina, stir. Then add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and mix well. Turn off the heat when it's cooked.
  3. Take a heat-resistant dish, pour the macaroni mixture with the cheddar cheese on top. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Serve
